The DeWalt DCG404N 18V XR Cordless Brushless 125mm Angle Grinder is a compact, powerful professional grinder designed for demanding cutting and grinding applications. Part of the DeWalt 18V XR cordless system, the DCG404N combines strong performance with a slim, lightweight body to provide excellent control and manoeuvrability, particularly when working in confined spaces or for extended periods.

Powered by a compact 32mm brushless motor, the DCG404N delivers up to 760W maximum output and a no-load speed of up to 11,000rpm. Brushless motor technology provides improved efficiency, durability and runtime compared with conventional brushed motors while reducing maintenance requirements.

The 125mm disc capacity makes this cordless angle grinder suitable for a wide range of metal cutting, grinding, surface preparation and fabrication applications. Its compact gear housing and slim body design improve access into restricted areas while the rubber overmould provides a secure and comfortable grip.

For additional user protection and control, the DCG404N features an electronic brake that rapidly stops the wheel when the switch is released. An electronic clutch helps reduce the kickback reaction if the disc becomes pinched or stalls, while electronic soft start gradually increases the motor speed to help prevent the sudden movement associated with conventional grinder start-up.

Mesh debris covers help restrict dust and particles from entering the motor and electronics, improving protection when working in demanding environments. A two-position side handle allows the grinder to be configured for greater comfort and control during different cutting and grinding applications.

Supplied as a body-only machine, the DCG404N does not include a battery or charger and is designed for users who already own compatible DeWalt 18V XR Li-Ion batteries.
