Please note - If you choose a UPS collection, we will be in touch once we have received your request to arrange a day you will be available for collection. This will be any weekday from 8am - 8pm, so please have a think on what days may work for you.
If you choose UPS Drop Off Label, once we receive your request we will email you a label from UPS for you to print off and take to your nearest UPS drop off point. These can be found on this link here:
After the form is filled in and you have sent your repair request into us, we will process your ticket as soon as possible and get in touch with you. Please note that this is for Black & Decker / DeWalt / Stanley warranty repairs only. We will also be asking for evidence of warranty, you will need a proof of purchase, and a 3 year warranty certificate if the tool is over 1 years old. Without this, no warranty repair will take place
