Makita Batteries & Charger Power Pack 18 Volt 2 x 5.0Ah Li-Ion

The Makita Power Pack, contains the following:

2 x 18 Volt BL1850 5.0Ah Li-Ion Batteries that are lightweight and shock-absorbing. The Li-ion range delivers 430% more working capacity during it's lifetime compared to Ni-Cad and is 40% Lighter than Ni-MH. The Li-ion has minimal depletion of power during use or in storage over it's lifetime.

1 x DC18RC 7.2-18 Volt Li-Ion Charger has a bulit-in cooling fan system that blows cool air into the battery, which keeps the battery cool during the charging process. This helps to extend the overall battery life and accelerate the charging process. Has 3 active charging colours to help identify when the battery is charged, and to what level.

When it is used in conjunction with the charging adaptor ADP0, this charger offers also the possibility of charging NiMH slide on batteries of 9.6 to 24 volt batteries. Or when used with charging adaptor ADP04, this charger offers the possibility to charge Ni-Cad and NiMH rod and block batteries of 7.2 to 18 volt batteries.

The DC18RC is compatible with the following battery models: BL1830, BL1430, BL3626, BL3622, BL1415, BL1013, and BL0710.
