The Vaunt X PCD saw blades are the latest addition to the range, with the polycrystalline diamond teeth (PCD) they can cut the hardest of materials easily and extremely cleanly (often eliminating making good), PCD blades are not only for the ultra-hard materials, they can be used on hard and softwoods also and can outlast a standard TCT blade by up to 30 times on certain applications NOTE – PCD blades should not be set more than 1mm below the bottom of the material, this will end up weakening the tooth and it potentially becoming detached from the blade
