You must purchase at least 2 panels at the time of purchase. The bag is not sold without panels. Alternative tool pocket panels, all sold separately, can be added & swapped-out enabling tool, gear or job specific storage solutions.
WHAT’S THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN A BLACKOUT AND A BLACKOUT/BUILD-OUT BAG?
Tool and Meter panels are included when you purchase the “Blackout” version. The “Blackout Build-Out” version requires you to purchase any two panels you want. Both allow you to purchase any additional panels for various configurations and maximum flexibility to handle any job.
